A photograph you can hold, and the moment it came from.
Here is exactly what happens, what it needs, and what it can't do. No part of this requires you to understand the technology.
Create your EmlivoThe idea
You choose a photograph and a video, then decide what should arrive: a full-resolution Digital Emlivo, a photographic print, or a ready-framed version. Printed and framed delivery is available to Hungarian addresses.
Making one
Four screens, about ten minutes, most of it waiting for your video to upload.

Choose your photo
The picture you want on the wall. From your phone, your camera, or a frame of the video itself.

Add the video
The clip the photo came from, or another one entirely. Long films are fine.

See it come alive
Watch your own memory before you decide anything. The preview is free and complete.

Choose your Emlivo
Choose a full-resolution Digital Emlivo, a photographic print, or a ready-framed version. We show the exact price and, for physical orders, the delivery estimate before payment.

Point a phone at it
Anyone you give it to opens the free app, points it at the photo, and watches.
What arrives
You receive the form you chose: a full-resolution file to print yourself, a photographic print, or a ready-framed Emlivo. Physical orders show their delivery estimate before payment and tracking after dispatch.

Watching it
The person you give it to needs a phone and the free app. No account, no email address, nothing to pay. They point it at the photograph and it plays.
Two kinds of memory
From the video itself
The printed picture is a frame taken from your video, so the change from still to moving is almost invisible. This is the one we recommend.
A separate photograph
Print one picture and play a different video inside it — a portrait that opens a whole wedding film, for instance.
What it needs, honestly
Stating this here saves the most common disappointment.
- A reasonably recent phone
- Most phones from the last few years work. If yours doesn't, the video still plays full-screen — you just don't get it inside the frame.
- Ordinary room light
- Daylight or a lamp is plenty. A dark room or heavy glare on glass makes the photo harder to recognise.
- A photo with some detail
- A picture that is mostly sky or mostly one colour is hard to recognise. We check yours and tell you before you buy.
- A connection the first time
- The first viewing needs internet. After that it opens faster and tolerates a poor signal.
Common questions
Does the person I give it to need an account?
No. They need a phone and the free Emlivo app. No account, no email address, nothing to pay.
How long can the video be?
It depends on the package. Short clips, ten-minute films and full wedding films are all supported; we tell you which package your video needs once we know its length.
What if my photo won't work?
We check it before you buy and tell you plainly, with the fix — usually choosing a different frame from the video, or a smaller print size.
Is there a mark on my photograph?
Yes — the Emlivo Signature. It's a small warm seal in the corner you choose, and every Emlivo photograph has its own. It's what makes sure your memory opens and nobody else's, even when somebody else has used the very same picture. You'll see exactly how it looks and where it sits before you order.
Can I change the video later?
Yes, and the printed photograph keeps working. This is what makes it practical for a wedding, where the final film often arrives months after the photographs.
How long do you keep my video?
The optimized playback video remains available while the Emlivo service operates. Your original upload is not automatically a permanent archive and follows a separate retention policy.
